the 15 guns count for all types of your perm weapons, zp crate gp and item shop. Just not melee weapons

It's mean all weapon from black market and from item shop.

even u get 10 glocks will be fine too

Every perm weaps, except M16 and M700, knife/axe/shovel and Nade/flash/smoke.

m16 and m700 dont count?

wow..ppl dont even know what they are talking about. some say m16 and m700 count and some say they dont....so which is it. i would really like to know =/

i see ppl suggest to buy like 15 m9 or something like that, for me its the most stupid think that u can do, buy different weapons and even if its still not enough for the ribbon just chill and have patience ull get ur ribbon in time its not a race

You start with only 1 M16 o.o maybe u mean m16 and m700, yes both count so +2 permanent weapons with them
