You actually need 21, because the "Look at all my ribbon" 1 doesn't count as 1 of the ribbons, I just found that out too... So i'm only on 15

Cuz I think that it's just an extra ribbon, all my friends that hav a custom crystal hav either 22 ribbons or more.
