Been asking Z8 for help for the past few days!

Can any Mod or GM help me out here please . I sent off a ticket a few days ago and I even pvt message a GM but yet no help.

I have 19 ribbons and a friend gift me some ZP and i was expecting to get the ZP For Everyone ribbon to make my 20 but I didnt receive it (So i now get a shinny M4-C). My friend got his in a few seconds. So can anyone help me out here please?

"ZP For Everyone! You have gifted ZP to another account or Received a gift from another account"

So can you please help.

from what I've been seeing, only the person that gifts gets the ribbon, the receiver doesn't get it. This is most likely a bug and will probably be fixed soon, you just have to wait.

Im having the same issue, i already sent a ticket, since there was 4 days since i got the gift.. my friend got the ribbon right away, me... well let's just say no

so i already got 2 replies for the ticket, both of them without anysense... first one stated about that i needed to wait 24 to 48 hours, and it's been 4 days now.. so i replied again... and they answered that i only have 19 ribbons? wth... i never asked for the m4 custom or so... i wanted to know info about the ZP for everyone..

Still waiting for a new and more reasonable answer...

From my understanding, you only get the ribbon if you send the zp, not if you recieve it.

there is a bug in that ribbon and now it suppossivly say the giver gets the ribbon the reciever doesnt.....yea ik sucks good luck with your ribbons and i got 12

Well the quote for the ZP states that you will receive it, either by sending OR receiving zp, so unless they made a typo, they should give ribbons away unless they are having problems..

I still haven't got the 'look at my ribbons' ribbon.

It's been since Valintines day. I should of had the ribbon by now. And I think I'm missing a few others.

But I know that if I send in a ticket I wont get much help. Especially at this time. It's 'crazy'

But I already have 20 ribbons but they didn't give me my Crystal Ribbon or the M4 yet.

I'm sure this will be fixed pretty soon.

i had same problem but i got tired of waiting because I wanted my 19th ribbon with this so instead of waiting for them to fix the bug to get the ribbon I sent another gift to a friend and he gifted me back and I got that ribbon within a few hours. Now waiting for the hero emerges ribbon to get 20 ribbons then I gotta wait for that to update to get the m4 cc

We have identical situations. The ticket I have received was rather general, sent another and no response.

Wait until they give the hero mode ribbons, then complain from there. Also having proof will save you if they did not give you your ribbon..

Same problem here.

Unless of doing god knows what with the servers without even announcing anything or telling us what's going on fix this issue.

Ticket was sent friday or saturday can't remember.
