Weird GM bug?

Has anyone else noticed that recently when you join a ghost mode match that is already in progress the ghosts are actually fully visible for around the first 3 seconds? I've noticed this a few times when joining, once it had me spectating someone right away and I could see the three ghosts that were watching him (I was like 'lolwut?') and another time I joined towards the beginning of a round and actually got a kill because of it...

Has anyone else seen this? It's not like it's game-breaking as it is only the first couple of seconds, and you'd have to join at just the right moment for it to actually lead to anything, but still...

yeah i never experianced it but..I heard people complain about it

yes i have even as cops sometimes i advise my teams:)
actually one time somone flashed and instead of being dced
i had that whole game i did pretty well:)

I have had this happen once, I could fully see the ghosts like they were brown soldiers. It shocked the hell out of me but I still shot hopeing I wasnt hacking. Then after the round ended it went back to normal.
