As long as the QBZ does almost the same damage as the M4 (it's slightly higher)... you'll get the idea.

You probably hit the neck... I'm going to let you on a little fact...
I've tried this out... I was doing damage experiments by free killing at close range.
The M4 takes 3 shots to kill someone at the chest, 5-6 shots to the legs, and guess what? It took 8 shots to kill at the neck... close range.

I'm not joking, I saw it myself.
