earthbound's last boss, creepy ship...
lavender town on pokemon, played when i was 6, it was surely creepy >.>

Dantes inferno. They showed sweather meat every chance they got and at the end when he fought lucifer. Lucifer jumps out of some of creatures body and he has a 4 foot reproductive organ.
