the only change in my fps is because i lowered my settings and got about a 10 fps increase

I don't really notice the different since humans' eyes can't see more than 60 fps and my fps always above 120

i don get it..
my rig
i950
6gb 1600 ram.
asus sabertooth mb
evga gtx 460 1 gb graphic card
WE velociraptor 10k rpm HD.
23 inches monitor.
i get around 100 fps at max players in td..
but at sometimes jumps to 220+
but when i switch to windows xp 64 bit( i got dual OS installed in 2 x same HD)
i got 120 minimum FPS. n jumps to 240 sometimes..
