I have 20 ribbons since the day of the patch

I have the same problem, and i contacted the support no answere

you need to have 21, 20 ribbons+1 crystal ribbons

its might be a bug or you should contact them

The mods have to go on each account 1 by 1. Be patient, and they don't work on Saturdays/Sundays, also a big holiday on Monday so not sure if they will work then either just be patient.

maybe u need 21 or maybe u need wait

Send a support ticket or PM a GM or MOD !

Definitely a pure bug. Send a support ticket - look at the GMs' and Mods' signatures first.

I have aswell :L still no ribbon, maybe the ribbon for 10 ribbons doesnt count

same is hapening to me, i already sent a ticket, waiting answer tho.
