whats going on with the crates?

recently ive noticed tons of ppl winning things in crossfire. all with random letters for names as if someone made it fast to test something. im beginning to wonder if there is a crate hack or something going on. anyone else know what i mean?

Its a bug but some IGNs shows up now...but not when they announced it...only in BM winners
