FPS Lags

Hey, since few days i am gettin fps lags. Normally i got 160-220 fps but when i play there's a point where my fps rate drops very fast to 20-30 fps. I don't know what to do, my pc is not low i am playing games like NFS HP on it and other stuff.
Please help me i can't play like this!

I'm having this problem too.
After upgrading, my ping jumped to over 200 and my fps dropped below 20

this is nothng wrong with CF its your com. (change ur texture detail to low)

omg this is really making "not-fun" and it's so annoying...hope it will change soon. My ping is normal (30-45) but the FPS is my problem :'(

here in Brazil is worse because my fps is 40 and sometimes 10

You should update drivers/defrag etc.

After every patch my fps (80 ~ 100) downs to 20 ~ 40 and after three days back to 70 ~ 100

i have this same but my friend stop plaing couse his FPS don`t back to normal -.-
he try many times do something on XP and Win 7 and still nothing.

Try stopping the all the program that is not necessary for your pc to run XD
and set ur priority of cross fire to high !!
i hope it will help a little

im having fps lag in delta service low as 9-15 with normal 30-55 in other service. XD

You can try deleting everything in the %temp% folder.
It would help if you could also list your system specs.

AMD Phenom(tm) II X4 Processor 3.42 GHz
Nvidia GeForce GTS 450 Cyclone
4.00 GB of RAM
500 GB Disk

Downlaod Game Booster, It will help good. Mine FPS stays between 80-110 Fps and its a laptop so yeah. Download it and fix the Premium (from Youtube).
