Yeah, I have experienced this bug. Some ghosts are completely visible while others are not. I think it has something to do with joining after the round has started.

additionally to this bug i sometimes saw ghosts and soldiers moving around like dead. so they are lying on the ground, legs and arms spread, and sliding over the floor. but this was not only in GM
