Crusades - Picking up for league play

After the offical let go of deLuded I rang for a few teams and realized the strats were off and leading was terrible. Crusades is here with 2/5 of the original dL. dL brought excellent leadership for the most part with communcation, teamwork as the main objective. We are looking for 4 if not 5 guys to complete a set roster of 6 or 7 people.

Requirements to Tryout
- Good communication skills
- NO raging [Were strict on this now because raging destroyed dL]
- Seriousness [Take every practise seriously]
- Professionalism
- Listening Abilities
- Mumble and a Mic
- Attend practise @ 7:30pm EST everyday [Still deciding on "off" days]
- Commitment, self discipline, sacrifice, and will to get better

Getting back maybe one more member of the original dL, were still picking up. Riflers and one sniper. [Sniper optional]

they usually say it when they think your plan/team has a good chance of building something good.

so they say good luck as most teams need it when getting started these days
