Ribbon Error

Hi, I received a zp gift from a friend "ac25" into my account "Bisu[Shield]". My friend received the zp gifting ribbon but I have not. I understand the gifter and the receiver are suppose to get the Ribbon. Can you please look into this for me. The transfer was on Thursday so 3 days have passed since the transfer. I submitted a ticket already but no reply as of yet.
