Why doesn't the new m4 e have coupons in its crate?

I wouldn't have even bought crates for it if I had known. Weirdly enough I won but still O.o

It seems to be one of the least valuable crates too considering they're basically giving away from custom crystals, theres already m4 c crate with coupons inside, AND you can get reg custom with coupons lol

a friend of me bought arround 40 and get 20 coupons out of it. its one of the big bugs from the patch. but there are coupons in it
