You can. I have 50 fps with like 2.5 ghz 1 core proc. And with 1 gb ram and 512 graphics card

It could be your computer temp, when its in the high 80+, your fps lags. I Undervolted my computer, and the temp dropped by 21c.

Graphics card isn't too good, if you get 100, it will BARELY be 100.

You want better fps?then do every thing i tell you to.

First: install Game Booster to minimize lagging
Second: be sure that your internet browser is not open
Third: close every background program that you don't need for gaming(msn,gadget and other useless stuff)
Fourth: before launching the game,close explorer.exe by pressing ctrl+alt+delete>start task manager>processes>explorer.exe end process

playing from win xp instead of win 7 assure an increase of fps.

note that the fps depends also on local conditions in game: number of players, smoke, etc.
