QBZ is more reliable then the TAR but i enjoy playing with the TAR.

Tar21 is way better.
Tar21 > Any other non-crate GP gun.

QBZ > TAR
QBZ beats TAR in CQC because of the much higher damage but similar RoF
QBZ beats TAR in mid range because of much more manageble bursting and range
QBZ beats TAR in long range because it can tap as fast as the PSG RD can shoot without any recoil at all.

Both are decent guns, but Imma say QBZ. the 50,000 gp for the TAR isn't worth it. It's very similar to an M4A1, but it feels like it does less damage in long range.
