I cant start the darn game! help

Im not very happy right now, I have had nothing but problems downloading & installing CF. Im totally new to CF and it looks great but im having alot of problems, And this one i cant figure out! Here is a screen shot of the problem. I have reinstalled 3x and this is also the sencond time i downloaded! Please if there is a solution please help? And please dont post stuff like... 'same' Or 'same problem here' Regards Ryan.
