bann clans?

if a clan hacks in a clan war and the clan continues to hack, why not bann the clan, BUT bann them like a glticher, first they will get a warning and they are not able to play clan matches for a week and if they will get a second warning they cant play for a month and the third time the clan will get banned, and on that way the clan system will get better

Because we don't punish people who doesn't cheat.

Report cheaters - if every player in a replay is cheating then so be it.
They're still individuals though, and will be treated as such.
Say 5 of a 100 member clan cheats in a match. Would it be fair to punish the 95 legit players for the actions of the 5? Nah.

Individuals, only way it works.

ok, lets say like this,first the clan leader will get a message that someone is hacking in the clan and after lengthy interrogation and torture the clan leader maybe has caught the five guys thats hacks, and of course they will get kicked from the clan and so on, but if the clan leader is hacking and some of the LTs in a clan war, what would you do then

No why should the whole clan get a bann if someone haks. I don't think this is a good idea.

I would have to disagree. What would be nice is if there was a way to have a report message or send message button, that went to clan leader or LTs as well. You report to z8games they do what they do, and you report to clan leader.

My clan post an email where you can report, we take it serious as we don't hack and don't want people to think we do. If you post proof video/pictures what have you. If we believe it we will kick and post their user name on a wall of shame on our site.
