guys I'm not really sure about whats "namecard permanente" and "NC custom..." , I have read another guide about badges that gives you sprays. sorry I'm not french.

Just because there is alot of locked rooms in pubs does not mean there farming. can mean its a group of people who dont hack or glitch playing a clean game. And ask a farmer for the rewards there are people who have them all and if they do you know they farmed them way to hard to get them that quick without farming them
