PayBycash Balance Not working

Ok. I have a PayBycash Balnce of $78.68 I dont Know what to do with it or How to use it. I was wondering IF i can Get Zp using this. and if so how. Becaues I tried Making a Deposite with PayBycash for 50k zp and used my Balnce In my Order and Look what happned . I have receieved an Email yet. Nor the zp. I need help fast
