the hand guns count I have the ribbon and if they didn't count i wouldn't have gotten it.

no clue about doubles.. i think they would count though... u must have really wanted the Thompson lol

As long as u have more than 15 guns u get that ribbon =]

The ribbons guide doesn't say anything about being "different" weapons.. just "permanent" so I assume they would count still..

The handguns do count but that's a very good question. Logically you'd need 25 DIFFERENT weapons.
