Posting Limit

These past few days, forums have become laggy as hell due to all the random spammers coming in. Maybe put in a daily post limit, like say, 50 posts per day? After 50 posts, they won't count anymore, but you'll still be free to post.

EDIT*
To clear up some things, You can still post after you reach 50, they just won't count towards your total posts.
E.G. Some guy spams 1000 posts in a day, he'll only have a total of 50 posts, but everyone will see his other 950 posts.

Alright fine, limit to 50 posts per day, excluding smiley, and Hi. They get 5000 a day.

The main idea of the forum is to Communicate with each other, limits will **** off people, Spam is being handled by the mods no problem, why do we need to place limits.

Ok.. just to clarify for Mr. Can.. it's a cap on the posts for that ribbon.. 50 per day towards the ribbon max.. so the spammers can jump in bed with their stuffies and fall asleep to their favorite lullaby.

Personally I think it should be a 25 limit..

I want to spam just because i never enjoy using posts and i need this ribbon for my crystal so i dont like this idea right now

i already havent gotten my rival factoin ribbon See i read sometimes

Not to sound mean or anything, but maybe also rollback the forums to before the patch before putting the limit, since alot of people have gotten the ribbon without actually deserving it.
