They are working on it, since they have so much to deal with already, i think that they cant update all the stuff, the ribbon that u earned was an old ribbon, therefore it was probably easier to update since there wasnt 1000's of people trying to get it... im still waiting for my m4-c-c

Prizes awarded on some ribbons may take 24-48 hours to deliver. Make sure to check your clan profile over that period to see when the Ribbon shows up.

I think you still just have to wait, I had 10 ribbons when they first started the ribbons, and I waited 5 days to get my
Ribbon that says I have 10 ribbons and 5000 gp reward... (I guess some are bugged like this)

EDIT: Or maybe what the guy above me said...
