Lagged Servers!(GM pls read)

the ping that showed in the"tab" button in game is wrong(i think),
caz if it show me mine ping is 60,the screen shows like i got 100-200pings(slower when i change guns,takes1-1.5 sec. it should be in 0.5-0.7 sec. to finish change guns)
P.S.:not the problem about the FPS,its normal(i got 89-129FPS)
so....pls fix this
