Winning normal gatling from hero crate but not in storage

hello,
i won today the normal gatling in the HERO crate, but it dont show up in my storage.
wth is wrong?
i screenshotted all my fails and wins.

1st 10 crates

2nd 10 crates

3rd 10 crates

4th time 10 crates with the win

than i was going to open the next crate and got a client error and the game got closed, as i came back i had no gatling in my storage

i hope u can help me

Try re-logging your game, it should be there.

If not, you have the proof, so send a Support Ticket regarding the issue, explaining the problem to them.

Unfortunately, it's the weekend, so it could take anywhere up to 3 days for admin to reply.
If this is the case, don't be tempted to send off another ticket, it'll only cause them to ignore your message, or push them to the bottom of the queue.

it happend yesterday, and i reloged a lot of times since that

you play in chinese version and this version have big lag it's probably because you don'T have your gatling gun sorry i love this gun too

no i play the us version, this is just the vietnam verstion BM skin
