Vote kicking..
I don't know how this could be changed, but a person may choose to vote kick a person, and half the people who click f11, don't even agree. Me and a friend proved this by vote kicking a person who had a score of something like 3-11. We vote kicked saying he was hacking, even though he clearly wasn't, and he was kicked.
But what frustrates me the most is, I am grinding to get badges, or in general when I am on a server, if I am vote kicked, which happens a 5 or 6 times a day, I don't receive the kills because I did not finish the game. Which as you can imagine, gets frustrating. I have resorted to playing down my skill and purposely playing bad so I am not vote kicked.
Also apparently I have been 'reported' thousands of times, but as you can tell, clearly I am not banned, as it is in fact skill, game sense, sound, calls on ventrilo, etc. I have played CS for about 9 or 10 years, which requires more skill. I am not saying which is better, or if in fact one is better than the other, I'm just merely stating I know how to play.
I'm sure there must be others out there in the same boat as me.

Go to the suggestion section or search Kick vote and you'll see. Totally agree with you in this matter! I have also noticed these same things lately. Today I was kicked first time, not knowing the reason though. I didn't have good stats, maybe 15-14 in a sniper only server. So it is pretty annoying that you get kicked without any reason, just a vote made by some immature person. This vote kicking should be changed in some way, because currently it isn't really working. So I am in same boat as you

The voting system is not bad. The point is that the players for most children are stupid (no offense) just look at yesterday's bug of flash.... -_-" -

As for turning down your skill, I wouldn´t do that, do your best and p them off, they are just a bunch of ignorant dumb kids.

Firstly, when I am kicked for apparently 'hacking', surely accusing me of something I'm not, is a form of abuse. So, in conclusion, every time I am kicked from a server, I will report the channel host. I understand its not always the channel host, but you don't know who vote kicks you, but 90% of the time, I'm sure the channel host will click accept, F11. Therefore a part of the abuse.
Anyone who is kicked a lot for being a good player, feel free to join me.
