Yes, its already been 1 night.
What I'd be more concerned about is that you don't have the RIBBON which says that you have 20 ribbons. Will probably pop up soon. We know they've had some difficulty with this patch. Just wait it out. -

You have to wait, when the ribbons first came out, it said that you would normally have to wait about 24 hours for the ribbons to appear, as with them launching new ribbons, this process always seems slower from all the people checking their profiles to see if they have it, therefore since they are so bogged down, they can not give you your ribbon as quickly as promised

Well i understand that but here's the thing.. i got rewarded 1 ribbon yesterday. (The choose your side black list or global risk)
if i got rewarded that 1 why can't i get the other 1 rewarded at same time. -
