Quality is OK, I think you use a lower resolution in cf than me, but you can still see everything, so it should be fine.

If you want you can compare with the one in my sig, that is reasonably high quality

The color was just a quick pick, I know it looks worse.
I play on 800x600
Fraps was at 50-60 fps
Recorded on Half size

Im not really looking to make a movie or anything,
Was just planing on frapsing some of my scrims so i can get my amazing shots on vid.
