no point in spaming the ticket support team. Just send a ticket with proof that you own the account.
Like...exact creation date, zp purchase receipts (they only need the ID code on those), Ip adress, former password, former email,secret answer, etc.
Once they know it was your account, they will probably reset the email to your former one and after that you must use the Lost Password function, find out the hackers password, change it and change the email also. Probably best to send a new ticket after this, requesting a new secret question and answer ( same proof needed again).
Good luck. Its a drag, but worth it when you get the account back.
