I would really have to opinion on this.. It really depends on what you're doing. XM8 is better for rushing, etc. K2 is amazing for maps like Alaska where you can line of your site to everyones face and spray nailing everyone. But then again its free on Alaska. With that said it's all depending on your accuracy. Good luck!

The K-2 is good I think as it's strength seems better but the Xm8 is probably better for me, cause it's lower recoil is easier to use for far range and it's speed is nice too, also it looks a lot cooler, so you can bet you will have style points

XM8! IDK why but the XM8 is a beast weapon. Plus it has 100% wall shot.

I've never actually gotten to test the XM8's wallbanging abilities, but like everyone said, it's perfect for wallbangs. This is actually a debate I'm facing as well; I like the K-2 because of its late recoil and long range, but I like the XM8 for its scope and damage rate (fairly high). I'd say XM8 if you're close-range, or K-2 if you're long-range.

All depends on the map mostly. Any big maps use the k2, and all the other maps use the xm8. k2 destroys long range, but it can fail you close range due to its slow firing rate.
The xm8 is an overall good gun close/long range, but the k2 will out do the xm8 long range.

i made more headshots with k-2 at mid to close range, I think xm8 is more accurate.

tough one. i say k2 though.
why?
because it has a better spay pattern, better accuracy, better rof (rate of fire), faster reaload, and it is quieter. also its slightly lighter.

the only thing the xm8 has going for it is the 100% wallbang and scope. however, for snd wallbang really doesnt matter, and i never use the scope. nobody does. so i'd say k2, unless you're going fro the "cool" factor, then get the xm8. however, most pros use k2.
