There is a bug and Z8 is trying to fix it right now. Just be patient, everyone has this.

Hero Mode? It's filled with glitches. Just be patient, I heard they are going to do an emergency patch tonight to fix the problem.

if u finish a mutant off with hs, the game will crash more likely. just shoot on the chest or use the grenade launcher
