Gun Collector - You have collected more than 25 Permanent Weapons (does not include grenades or melee weapons and does include your two starting weapons)
Don't think starting weapons count.

As long as it's not a grenade and knife it is fine. It also has to be PERMANENT.

All Pistols and Normal/Zp Guns are counted as guns.

BLACKMARKET NON PERMANENTS (7days items) ARE NOT COUNTED AS GUNS FOR THE RIBBON
