No. They changed it to 250. You can see the change in the ribbons section in the Clan Page.

It was set to 1000 this morning, and now it's set to 250. So when it updates tonight, you will have it.

No they didn't, why would they want more traffic in their forums, now they have to watch out for all the spammers and infract/ban them.
