It just me or someone else feels the reloading time its a little lower?

Someone tested it with a stopwatch?

but i've used it before and after patch, the time decreases, i think.

I love the reload. It's more reminiscent of pro Counter-Strike, where reloading guns isn't a 1-2 bang speed. Makes sprayers have to think before they shoot up the map.
