Controls Not Working

So, some weeks or a month or two ago, I sent this ticket to Support.

Hello,

I would like to report a bug in the game about the game Controls. I do not like to play with the default game controls, so I changed them to arrow keys, and Num-pad, as well as right shift and a few controls here and there. Anyways, the problem is with the right control. It seems that when I change my control for "Walk" to Right Ctrl, the key does not work after I restart the game. Every time I restart the game, I have to change the control again to Right Ctrl for some reason. I also noticed one thing: After restart, the control board says "Right Control" instead of "Right Ctrl", and when I change it manually again, it''s back to "Right Ctrl". This might help a bit. I would love it if I can use that key in gameplay without changing it everytime I open the game. Thanks.


Their reply? "Ask these type of questions on forum under Cross Fire Technical Support." The ticket was closed.

So..yeah...any solutions? Or MODs/GMs are gonna tell me to send it back to Support again?
