You won`t be able to change weapons.

On Feburary 14, you will be able to press <G> as you run/walk over another player's gun on the ground. You will throw your gun and you will then pick up his/her gun. You can use that gun untill it runs out of bullets, you die, or the game is over.

But if you don't want to wait until Feb 14, you can do it now.
