ive seen some people lag alot more than they usualy do but since the patch my ping has actualy reduced a bit

FPS is to do with your graphics card i sujest you go to the site of the manufacturer of your graphics card and update it or it might have dust in it making it overheat reducing how much the fan can cool it down and keep your fps as high as possible. id say remove your card and check for dust that might be stopping or slowing down your fan not sure what you should use to remove the dust. as i just use a very small screwdriver 2 gently pull out the dust
