There isn't a specific ratio that us forumers can tell you. I doubt the developers will let this number out anyhow. The number is a really bad one for the player, but a really good one for the revenue of the company. Obviously, all companies need tons of revenue to continue, and I'd rather them go complete greedy on us, but still be able to run this game.

All you have to know is that it's really hard to win a gun, and if you do, cheers, you're really lucky.

Its a mix between luck and no luck. Noone knows it really, everyone says its luck cause deadeye said it but i think its a good mix.
Some guys bough 1000 crates and didnt won anything
Some guys bought 1 crate and won an ak scope..

there are small tips that are right. Look at my profile.. So just crate in night. Do it on the first or second day. and crate always to middle. Then you will get it in 1-50 crates 100%

Your not the only one that has bad luck i bought 60 Hero Crates and i saw both the Gatling guns and never won one

the guns I won I won at night, however the crates I bought at day.. all failed me to get me a gun...
