I'm just going to re-quote myself.
It's most likely being looked into. Blatantly, everything is going to have errors, that's why we all have to sit and be patient. Whining on the forum isn't going to do anything but make you lose your Honorable Soldier ribbon for spam.

The staff will obviously have empathy. They will know that the game is bugged, so they'll have a bit of pity that you cannot do it. Possibly, postponing the date of the event will suffice. -

Erros in new patches aren't big news. The extra-whining is more because in order to win hero mode ribbon you need to play 20 matches (this friday), wich I think it's impossible lol. -
