BTW, on the ribbons page it says u need 250 coupons for the intelligence ribbon, but the patch page says 1000. Which 1 is it?

hmm i was never hacking and i wont do it ever!!!
I think nobody is hacking with a hight rank becouse when he would be banned it would be hard for him....when somebody hack with hight rank than he is rank hacker...!!
