This was iterated before, I'll just re-iterate.
The clan page updates [refreshes] on a daily basis. We really can't predict any more, but before it was at around 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM. It basically adds in the clan points, adds ranks, and saves a back up of the clans, just in case a clan gets hacked and deleted.
The ribbons are a part of the "refresh". Every day, new ribbons are achieved, and they are added on in the following update.
It's just patience. -
