Spam forum section?

Can we just have a section primarily for spam so these people can just get the ribbon and go? It would save a lot of ruined threads/necro'd ones.
$10 on half this thread ending up as spam.

Spam is spam. We try not to allow it at all. Having a thread/section for it would only encourage it and that's not what we want.
