First of all, I apologize if this is the wrong section. Is the ribbon list page true or is the patch post on the forums true? I've been wondering because I want the ribbon and I don't really feel like getting 1000 posts. Can someone clear this up for me?

It was changed to 250 to prevent mass spamming, I assume. Previously it was 1000, but things get changed all of the time. I'm assuming that Saidin will also make an announcement or post of some sort to explain.

Just be happy we got that ribbon at all, that's my mindset. The Hero Patch ones will be happening in the next few days. The Military Intelligence Ribbon was given out. The 25 guns are still 25, and the others are still the same.

Just sit tight, I hope that it's all clarified soon for you.
