Do: cntrl alt del. you see a procces called: cf_g4box running.

Close this file, restart the patch, and it works!

Help

So, how its already said here...

1. You go in your Crossfire folder ( Windows (C:)/Programs/Z8games/CrossFire )
2. Right klick on on "patcher_cf" and kllick "make a copy"
3. Put the copy on your desktop.
4. Run The Copy as Administrator and have fun

but how do you get rid of the not working launcher window, I cant even close the damn thing... or do I realy have to log off every time?

I have had the same i had restart it did not work than i cleaned Crossfire all out reloaded it still not working

i hit Alt close the web than i can see the Start and the buttons are not in right place there like floating

Yeah the buttons are not there where they should be ... .
Thats sad I patched my CF but cant click on start ...

hey this is not a patch problem. Its a problem that needs patch. I downloaded and installed new client but same problem. its a bit irritating

Since obviously we aren't experiencing this problem, but its not isolated we need to solve it.

What windows version are you running?

Go to your crossfire folder and open up patcher_cf

I use Windows 7 64 bits, it's not an adobe flash player problem, but starting the patcher_cf.exe file works

basically, the launcher looks like in this thread http://forum.z8games.com/showthread.php?t=127160 (the pic from dark nemeis, or smthing like that...)

A whole corner (where the start button is) is missing.

mine runs until the HGW game watcher thing loads then it shows lik 2 sec of the new mutant then it cuts off but my launcher window is good other than the not "actually" loading but i still cant play....so sad face..:(....i also tried the patcher_exe or w.e thing and it still wont load....so another sad face
