Issue starting the Game

I click to start the game, it acts like its loading and then i get this error message :

Failed to Download version.ini. any help would be great.

Oh Windows Vista is my OS

You need to Redownload and Reinstall the game.

Crap, i have downloaded 6 times and this is the 1st time i got past the actually download. Oh well. Thanks anyways
