There's somewhere around 24 total ribbons right now that someone could achieve. (could be higher I have to double check)

Either way, it's not like we're stopping ribbons at this level. I wouldn't be surprised if you see plenty more ribbons over time.

The 20 Ribbons achievement isn't going away any time soon. So it'll be there when there's a possible 75 ribbons to get.. and then all of a sudden that won't seem like such a daunting task now right?

If indeed your profile has a Rival Factions side, and you have not recieved the Ribbon for it. You should submit a ticket.
