Why is my Santa Hat Gone?

Hi, Yesterday i went to blackmarket and spend about 60,000 GP for the other christmas hat, but it turns out i won 2 Santa Hat, and i have 1 in my inventory and today i logon to the game and 2 of my Santa Hat are missing?

i mean why is it missing? give me a reason?

i have proff of my win from yesterday

i won a second witches hat during the halloween patch and it disappeared as well.

but i didnt worry about it.

my clan leader also won a second santa hat and had it disappear.

No only 2 of my santa hat are gone i have 1 left
but still thats not Fair = =
