I cant Load the game..

i tryed to play CF for the first time for 6 months and i got errors, so i unistalled it and downloaded it again YAY! its worked BUT i went to my mates house for a few hours came back went on it again and it came up with DIFFERENT errors:

The Error says i changed the file but i never touched any files apart from downloading the game and uninstalling it Etc.
I would really appreciate it if you could help me,

P.S if you dont know try to still comment so then it will stay at the top of the forum longer, so theres more chance of someone who knows seeing...

If you're running Windows 7, that might be something to do with it... Other than that no real clue as to how to fix it... CF is getting a little boring anyways since I can't play after 12 o clock without having over 100 ping.. and by 5pm, my ping spikes all the way over 200 for no reason..
