Ok I'm gonna explain it one more time because it seems you're a slow learner

Mods = forum police
Mods dont have the ability to ban people INGAME as in CROSSFIRE
Mods relay the info to Saidin or another GM
GM gets on, bans players

Rex isn't a GM, he is a MOD. He cant ban people, only call a GM to ban.
