as much as i hate the awm and am the champion of all under used weapons there dragunov cant stand up to the awm, its good in only 1 way, and that is that the dragunov looks freeking cool apart from that awm kinda wipes the floor with it in allmost every way

Draggy has less damage and is less accurate (which will anal ra.pe you at long distances).
But it shoots faster (seems like it) reloads faster (it's fast, aint it?) and sounds/looks smexier.

Otherwise, AWM.

DSR (noob gun) shoots fast, has the power of the aem and faster reload.
m700 shoots fast, 2 hit kill (except head), skill based sniper
dragunov - unreliable (sometimes 1shot, sometimes2)
awm - slow firing rate, but high power (1hit except legs)
msg90 (gp crate): fast firing rate, 95-99 damage (never 1shot except head), fast reload rate
PSG (RD) - shoots fast (faster), nice skin (IMO), fast reload (faster), always 2shot except head (a bit less power)
noobiest gun: DSR
Most SKill based gun: m700
most fun gun(s): PSG (red Dragon) and msg90
